The 26th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) will be held this year from October 17 (Thu.) to October 25 (Fri.).
For 25 years, TIFF has presented the world’s finest films to audiences in Tokyo. In preparation for the next 25 years, we are announcing a new main concept: «A Films-first Festival.» Along with this new concept, we are introducing a new TIFF logo design called “Heart Movie”, reorganizing the main sections, and introducing new sections. TIFF’s main sections for this year will consist of five sections: Competition, Asian Future (new), Special Screenings, Japanese Eyes, and World Focus (renewal).
